I always enjoy my sessions with the Thieringer family. We have one set up in the fall for family photos but she decided she wanted to get some spring photos too. Both the girls did a great job this time! And they are always dressed so cute!
Sophia was so cute. I told her to give me a BIG smile and she would all of sudden give me this big wide mouth smile. I have some others. And it's the funniest thing! :-)
It was such a treat for me to take little Ethan's newborn photos. I've known his mama, Melissa for several years now and I'm so excited for her and Tony to have their own little one to cuddle! Melissa has been so sweet with many of her friends' kids (including mine!). When my son was born, she came over to visit (in a blizzard no less) and brought pizza and tucked my girls in bed, reading them stories. So sweet! It was such a pleasure for me to take these photos!
While I was in Wisconsin over Easter, I was able to photograph my cutie pie nephew, Jonas! What a sweetie! Love his little smile! Thankfully, he tolerated us pretty well and I got some cute shots of him.
And you can see my newest prop! An adorable wooden boat that my sister-in-law picked up from Hobby Lobby for me!
We managed to sneak in one shot with big sister, Eliana. :-)
I always enjoy seeing this sweet family! It was time for Millie's nine-month photos (already?!) and Clare decided to have her sisters tag along too! They were naturals and made it so easy to get photos of them! The family was contemplating a move to another state and I'm so happy they have decided to stay here in Minnesota. I would have missed them! :-)
I think this was one of my most fun three-month sessions! Little Henry was awesome! He was smiley and completely tolerated us putting him in all kinds of hats. It was awesome! He is so strong! Okay, he is really closer to 3 1/2 months. But he was already trying to scoot his butt up in the air. I told his mom Jody that she was going to be in trouble soon. He's going to be an early crawler, no doubt! So fun to meet this little guy after knowing his mom for several years. Jody was one of the first people I met when we moved here to Minnesota six years ago. So great that she has her own little one now and so much fun for me to take his photos!
The photo above is of Henry's dad, Drew when he was a baby. Jody wanted to see if we could get a similar photo. I tried. The one below is probably the closest! ;-)
